About Can Gorreta

This delightful villa is conveniently located in a quiet area overlooking open countryside yet just 400m from the old town of Pollensa, which is famouse for it’s wide variety of good quality restaurants. In addition there is a good selection of shops, bars and supermarkets within the town. The popular resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente, with safe sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive away.

The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of a wooden doorway giving access to the lounge / dining room, having exposed beams and an open fireplace. An archway gives leads to the fitted breakfast-kitchen, which as a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven & gas hob. There is also an external door to the rear patio and the the separate outside laundry room housing the washing machine. The master double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and the family bathroom are all accessed directly from the salon. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system. All the bedrooms have free-standing fans. The villa retains much of its original character with exposed beams, brassware and plates decorating the walls. Comfortable, good quality traditional furniture is to be found throughout this charming country house.

Outside there is a large covered terrace to the front of the house overlooking the well stocked front gardens with shrubs and citrus trees. To the rear there is a second large covered terrace, with toilet off and having a built in barbecue with sink unit to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. The lawns and gardens extend to an open sun terrace surrounding the 8m x 4m swimming pool. Sun beds, a parasol and patio furniture are provided. The villa offers countryside and mountain views with excellent privacy in a tranquil and secluded setting. Access to the villa is through double gates where there is sufficient off road parking for at least two cars.
