This recently constructed villa is located in a very quiet spot near then end of a small country lane and offers excellent privacy. The extensive, fully enclosed plot is accessed through double gates. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa are but a few minutes drive from this peaceful and relaxing countryside location.

The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises briefly of; a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with entertainment being provided by digital satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. There is a separate dining area adjacent to a modern, fully fitted kitchen, having a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. The villa is centrally heated throughout.

From the lounge there is access to a substantial covered terrace leading to large, well kept gardens. The 9m x 4m private swimming pool has roman steps for improved safety and ease of access. In keeping with the modern design, it has been set in decking to form a lovely sun terrace, which extends to a purpose build BBQ area. Patio furniture is provided to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining, along with sun beds and a parasol to soak up the sun. The peaceful and tranquil setting is complimented by the lovely countryside and mountain views. An ideal choice for a relaxing holiday in a very private setting. The villa is situated on a country track which is fairly narrow and can be bumpy.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.
