About Villa Vista Mar
This superb luxury detached villa is perched on the cliff top in the popular resort of Cala ‘n Porter and offers superb coastal and sea views. All the amenities of this popular resort are within walking distance.
The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises of a spacious living / dining with feature central fireplace and full length picture windows looking out to sea. There one double bedroom with adjacent family bathroom and three further double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. The well equipped fitted kitchen is accessed directly from the living room. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV and a music system. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard with the main living areas benefiting from air-conditioning and central heating, which is available at a small additional cost (see extra pricing).
Outside, above and to the side of the villa there is a sun terrace and a large 12m x 5m swimming pool, which has roman steps for easy access. There are further sun terraces to the side and below at the front with breathtaking views. A brick built BBQ on one of the terrace along with patio furniture is ideal for enjoying ‘alfresco’ dining. Sun beds and parasols are provided. Off road parking is available on the drive.

About Cala en Porter, Menorca
This was one of Menorca's first beach resorts that, over years has developed into a popular area for holidaymakers to the island. Located just 15km from the airport on the South coast of the island, the beautiful wide sandy beach leads down to crystal clear waters making it ideal for snorkelling. Pedaloes are available for hire and the beach is very safe for children. The beach is protected by large surrounding cliffs, making it a suntrap at midday; so take plenty of sun lotion!
The town itself has a good selection of shops and restaurants, however if you fancy popping into Mahon, there is a good bus service available.
The sights of Caves of Xoroi are close to Cala en Porter, these magnificent caves are situated on the cliff edge and offer stunning views by day, then it's all change in the evenings when it turns into a popular nightclub.
