About Villa Bini Rachel
This superb detached villa is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Binibeca beach the shops and many fine restaurants that this popular resort has to offer.
The interior rooms, which are all on one level, have exposed beams in keeping with Menorcian tradition. The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, one of which has an and patio doors to the pool terrace, and an additional family shower room. The spacious open plan living room has an American style well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Entertainment is provided by regional satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. The villa is comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard making it an idea choice for a relaxing holiday.
Patio doors from the lounge and double bedroom give access to covered and open sun terraces and a unique 9m x 5m swimming pool, with pool side shower, has a jacuzzi and roman steps for easy access. The brick built poolside BBQ with patio furniture are ideal for enjoying ‘alfresco’ dining. Sun beds and parasols are provided. Steps lead up to a roof top solarium, which has excellent sea, coastal and countryside views. The sun terrace and pool area are surrounded by lawns and mature gardens. At the front of the house there are lawns, flower beds and hedging. To the side, double gates lead to an off road shaded parking area.
