This recently constructed detached villa is located next to Villa S’Olivera in the centre of Cala ‘n Porter, just off the road to the beach and within 50m of shops, restaurants and the nearest supermarket. The beach in this popular lively resort is just 400m from the villa. The famous Covas d’en Xoroi, set in caves overlooking the coast, is approximately 10 minutes walk away. A number of local bars and restaurants provide family entertainment during the evening.
The entrance hall gives access to all rooms including the living room, with traditional Menorcian style exposed beams. The fully fitted separate kitchen is conveniently located off the living room. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room. The villa is light and airy and has good quality, comfortable furnishings throughout. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV including English channels, DVD player and a music system. Fully fitted air conditioning being fitted for 2010 (extra charge).
Double doors from the living room lead to an open terrace, which surrounds the 8m x 4m swimming pool with poolside shower and roman steps. A brick built BBQ and patio furniture is available to experience ‘alfresco’ dining. Sun beds and a parasol are provided. The villa is constructed within an enclosed plot with off road parking in the drive and mature ornamental gardens.

This was one of Menorca's first beach resorts that, over years has developed into a popular area for holidaymakers to the island. Located just 15km from the airport on the South coast of the island, the beautiful wide sandy beach leads down to crystal clear waters making it ideal for snorkelling. Pedaloes are available for hire and the beach is very safe for children. The beach is protected by large surrounding cliffs, making it a suntrap at midday; so take plenty of sun lotion!
The town itself has a good selection of shops and restaurants, however if you fancy popping into Mahon, there is a good bus service available.
The sights of Caves of Xoroi are close to Cala en Porter, these magnificent caves are situated on the cliff edge and offer stunning views by day, then it's all change in the evenings when it turns into a popular nightclub.
