This delightful villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within 200m of the shops and restaurants area of Binibeca Vell. The safe, sandy beach is well within walking distance being just 800m from the villa. The peaceful location having partical sea views is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises of a comfortable open plan lounge / dining room with an open fire place and a substantial American style fitted kitchen off, having all labour saving appliances for modern living. The master twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All the bedrooms are light and airy and have fitted wardrobes. The villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped. Entertainment is provided by digital satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo radio / CD system.
Outside, doors from the lounge give access to a covered terrace. Patio furniture and a brick built barbeque are provided to enjoy ‘Afresco’ dining. Well kept lawns and mature gardens with many shrubs and plants surround the 8m x 4m swimming pool. There are sun beds and a parasol for relaxing by the pool. Within the grounds, to the side and rear of the villa there are addition areas with lawns and shade from trees. Off road parking is available for two cars.
