We are proud to offer this truly outstanding architect designed modern detached villa in the lovely resort of Cala San Vincente. The three beaches and all the amenities of the resort are within walking distance. The villa lives up to its name “Moderna” being designed, furnished and equipped throughout in a true modern style. There is very good all round privacy as the grounds are surrounded by a walls with raffia screening.
The accommodation is on two levels and comprises briefly, on the ground floor of a very spacious lounge / dining room with air-conditioning unit (for a small extra charge). Entertainment is provided here by a flat panel satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system. Patio doors from the sitting and dining areas lead to the pool area. Next to the dining area is an impressive breakfast kitchen which benefits from modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan unit. Also on the ground floor there is the master double bedroom with en-suite ‘Spa’ bathroom and double patio doors to the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room on this level.
Stairs from the living room lead up to a spacious ‘L’ shaped landing / sitting area where there is an enclosed wood burner and a second satellite TV. Two sets of double doors give access to a large first floor balcony. On this level there is a double bedroom, with full length picture window, having a Japanese 'Futon' style (floor-level) bed, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubical. All the bedrooms have free-standing wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lights.
This modern villa is decorated, equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout making idea for our most discerning clientele. The photos say it all.
Outside, the two sets of patio doors give access to the wooden decked sun terrace that surrounds the 7m x 4m swimming pool, which has roman steps for easy access and a poolside shower. Sun beds, patio furniture and parasols are supplied along with a portable barbecue for ‘Alfresco’ dining. The full length first floor balcony is ideal for relaxing and taking in the mountain views. The villa has well maintained, mature gardens with numerous shrubs, plants and lawns.
The old town of Pollensa, and Pollensa Golf Course are just a few minutes drive away as too are the resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. The convenient location of this superb villa makes it an idea destination for a relaxing holiday.
