About Villa Lobos

This delightful detached villa is located at the end of a small cul-des-sac in a water front position with enviable views of the coastline including Corralejo’s sea front area, the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance. The famous Dunes beaches with there long sweeping white sands are within easy walking distance of the villa. All the amenities of Corralejo are close to hand, including the recently opened amusement park.

The accommodation, which is all on one level consists of a living room with comfy sofas and dining area. Entertainment is provided by a digital satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. An archway leads to the fitted kitchen with is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. A corridor from the living room gives access to the master double bedroom which as an en-suite bathroom and double patio doors to the covered terrace, facing the sea. There are also two twin bedrooms sharing a separate family shower room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The furniture and equipment throughout the villa is of a high standard.

Outside, to the rear of the villa, accessed from the living room, there is a spacious open sun terrace and gardens with lawns surrounding the 7m x 4m swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps for easy access. The brick built barbeque is conveniently located next to the covered terrace to form an idea ‘Alfresco’ dining area. Steps lead up to a roof top solarium, which offers spectacular views along the coast and across to Lanzarote. Privacy is provided by a high wall. The property has pleasant, mature gardens with palm trees to offer shade. Sun beds, patio furniture and parasols also provided. The villa is within fully enclosed grounds and is accessed through electrically operated gates with off road parking for two cars.

About Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at.
