About Villa Calero
This recently constructed luxurious villa, having stunning panoramic sea views, is located in the sort after resort of Puerto Calero. The centre of the resort with it’s marina, row of quality restaurants, a selection of shops, the promenade and small beach are all just a few minutes stroll away. The bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen is just a short drive away.
The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of an entrance hall with archway to occasional sitting room. The hallway off gives access to a master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and three twin bedrooms (all having quality fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables with mirrors). In addition, there is also a very nice family bathroom. Double doors from the hallway lead to a spacious lounge, with satellite TV, video player and stereo system. There is a dining room and a separate fitted kitchen benefiting from all modern appliances. All rooms have double-glazed windows and aluminium shutters.
Patio doors from the lounge give access to extensive covered and open terraces that surround the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps. A portable BBQ, plenty of patio furniture and sun beds are provided. The villa has typical mature Canary-style gardens, off road parking and wonderful views across the coastline.

About Puerto Calero, Lanzarote
The marina of Puerto Calero was opened in 1990 and was the brainchild of José Calero. It now has no lack of yachts and boats and it's become one of the nicest places on the island with many new boutiques and restaurants to enjoy. The marina is also the starting point for a range of activities including submarine safaris, shark fishing and cruises.
If you enjoy tapas, the restaurant Taberna del Puerto comes highly recommended. Their Canarian potatoes, garlic mushrooms and stuffed peppers are well complimented with the local mojo sauce.
