This superb detached villa with magnificent coastal views is located in the up market resort of Puerto Calero. The selection of fine restaurants and shops that look across the superb marina are just a few minutes walk away. The fine sandy beach and bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

The accommodation is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a spacious lounge / dining room with modern open plan American style kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. The living room has a large curved picture window facing out to the resort and coastline to give wonderful panoramic views. Entertainment is provided here with a flat panel satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system. At ground floor level there is also a master bedroom with king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a shower room.

Stairs from the hallway lead down to the lower ground floor where there is a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard. It benefits from full air-conditioning in all main living areas and is suitable for our most discerning clients who plan a quiet and relaxing holiday. Patio doors from the living room lead onto a spacious sun terrace that surrounds the 9m x 5m heated kidney shaped pool which has roman steps for easy access. Patio furniture and a brick built barbecue are set under covered areas of the terrace to enjoy ‘alfresco’ dining at its best whilst watching the sunset. Sun beds and parasols are also provided. The villa benefits from off road parking and has well kept, mature ornamental gardens to one side and at lower ground level.

The wonderful panoramic coastal and mountain views are simply breathtaking and not to be missed.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

About Puerto Calero, Lanzarote

The marina of Puerto Calero was opened in 1990 and was the brainchild of José Calero. It now has no lack of yachts and boats and it's become one of the nicest places on the island with many new boutiques and restaurants to enjoy. The marina is also the starting point for a range of activities including submarine safaris, shark fishing and cruises.

If you enjoy tapas, the restaurant Taberna del Puerto comes highly recommended. Their Canarian potatoes, garlic mushrooms and stuffed peppers are well complimented with the local mojo sauce.
