This superb, recently constructed detached villa benefits from full air-conditioning and central heating in all main living areas. It is conveniently located within 500m of a beach and the entrance to Alcudia’s old town where there is a good selection of quality restaurants and shops. Well maintained gardens and extensive areas of lawns set in the quiet countryside make this an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. The populat resorts of Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa with its Golf Course are all within a few minutes drive from the villa.

The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of an entrance doorway leading directly into a spacious lounge with a leather suite and high quality furniture giving a feel of luxury. Entertainment is provided here by a flat screen satellite TV, receiving limited English channels, a DVD player and stereo system. There is a separate dining room, accessed from the lounge, which has high quality dining furniture and a staircase to the first floor. The fully fitted breakfast-kitchen benefits from a range of modern built in and stainless steel appliances including a dish washer, microwave oven, extractor unit, American style fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. Also on this level there are two light and airy twin bedrooms, a family shower room and a luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

Stairs from the dining room to the first floor landing give access to a spacious double bedroom and a third twin bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have large opening picture windows with beautiful views. All four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. Also on this level there is a second luxurious shower room. This high quality villa benefits from air conditioning and central heating in all the main living areas (running costs extra). In addition there is an alarm system for added security.

Outside in the extensive grounds there is a raised sun terrace with parasols, next to an ornamental well and the lovely 5m x 5m swimming pool which has roman steps and a poolside shower. This is gated and fenced off for added safety. Patio furniture and sun beds are provided to relax and soak up the sun in this lovely environment. The large covered barbecue, with seating for eight people, is ideal for enjoying true ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. The mature, well-kept gardens contain widespread areas of lawns that are idea for children to play in. There are lovely countryside views from most areas of the gardens. The villa is approached through double gates, up a drive having room to park at least four cars off-road.
