About the property

This luxurious detached villa which was completed in early 2009 is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants in Cala San Vincente. It benefits from many features including air-conditioning, all round electrically operated security shutters, a video intercom system and dimmer switches in the main living rooms. Just a few minutes drive away is the old town of Pollensa with its many fine restaurants and a Golf course plus the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa.

The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of a large hallway leading to all ground floor rooms. The spacious living room has high quality furnishings including solid wooden dining table, two large sumptuous leather sofas, coffer table and modern storage cabinets. There is an air-conditioning unit and central heating radiators. Entertainment is provided here by way of a 42” flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player and hi-fi system. Two sets of patio doors lead to the pool area and covered terrace. Doors from the dining area and the hallway lead to a separate modern fitted kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor fan. Double doors from the kitchen give access to the covered terrace. From the hallway there is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have remote control air conditioning units, central heating radiators, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and electrically operated steel security blinds. Also on this level is a superb family shower room.

Stairs from the hallway give access to the first floor where there is second lounge area having two leather sofas, a 32” flat screen satellite TV, central heating radiators and double patios to the front balcony. The master suite consists of a large double bedroom (7m x 6m) having a corner bath, vanity basins, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, remote control air-conditioning and central heating radiators. In addition there is an en-suite shower room with double cubical and a large private balcony overlooking the pool. The washing machine is housed in the garage, which can be reached by internal stairs from the hallway.

Patio doors from the lounge, kitchen and double bedroom lead to a covered terrace. Patio furniture is provided along with a BBQ to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace, lawns and mature gardens surround the 8m x 4m pool, which has roman steps for easy access. There is a poolside shower as well as sun beds and parasols to soak up the sun. The first floor balcony offers sea and mountain views. Off road parking is available in the driveway leading to the garage. The grounds are surrounded by high walls and hedging to give good privacy in this quiet, sleepy resort.
