The modern detached villa is located in a very quiet area, overlooking fields just 350m from the beach. There is a shop and a café/bar less than 1km from the villa. The popular old walled town of Alcudia with its many quaint streets, fine restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets is within easy walking distance being just 1.5km away from the villa. Puerto Pollensa, at the other end of the bay is just a few minutes drive from the villa.
The spacious accommodation, constructed on two levels, benefits from full air conditioning and central heating all main living areas. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hallway leading to the spacious living room where there are separate sitting and dining areas. Double patio doors give access to the terrace, pool and gardens. Entertainment is provided here a satellite TV offering limited English channels, a DVD player and a music system. The fully fitted kitchen benefits from a range of modern built-in stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor unit and fridge-freezer. There is a breakfast area within this spacious kitchen along with double doors to the covered terrace. On the ground floor there is a lovely comfortable double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. A full family bathroom, with shower over, completes the ground floor accommodation.
Stairs from the hallway lead up to first floor landing where there is a master double bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and two spacious twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air-con units and private balconies with views. On the landing there is a second full family bathroom, a separate shower cubical and a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop solarium.
Patio doors from the living room and the ground floor bedroom lead to a large covered terrace, where patio furniture to sit and relax in the shade. A brick built BBQ is available to enjoy true ‘Al fresco’ dining. The lovely 7m x 4m swimming pool has roman steps for easy access and is set in well kept lawns and surrounded by ornamental gardens. The villa has a south-facing aspect; sun loungers and a parasol are provided to soak up the sun. From the roof terrace there are extended views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Off road parking is available with locking gates.
