The superb modern detached villa is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos, just 400m from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Cala D’Or Marina is 1km away and the centre of the resort is only a few minutes drive away. There are stunning views across the bay to Cala Llamp from the roof-top solarium.
The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of an entrance hallway leading to a very large living room having beautiful modern white dining suite, furniture and sumptuous sofas. Double patio doors lead to a spacious covered terrace. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. Adjacent is a fully fitted breakfast kitchen having a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and s/steel extractor unit.
On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and an air conditioning unit. Stairs from the hallway lead up to a first floor gallery landing where there is a door to the balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the balcony. There are two more double bedrooms on this level, both having en-suite bathrooms with one also having access to the balcony. All the first floor bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and air-conditioning units. The villa is tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard making it ideal for our discerning clientele.
Double doors from the living room lead out onto a spacious covered terrace where there is a lovely high quality wooden dining table and chairs. A portable BBQ is available to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace with shower surrounds the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool, which has roman steps for easy access. Sun beds and a parasol are provided here to relax by the pool and soak up the sun. The grounds are surrounded my conifer trees to give good privacy. There are lawns and ornamental gardens to compliment this lovely villa.
The quiet location added to exceptional high quality of the villa makes this a wonderful choice for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Famous for being discovered by a group of artists in the 1930's, Cala d'Or is a lively area surrounded by pine-covered headlands and whitewashed buildings. In days gone by the harbour area was filled with boats bobbing on the waters, these days you are more likely to see the "chic" Cala d'Or marina surrounded by waterfront bars.
The nearby village of Porto Petro is a lot more traditional than Cala d'Or; it has a pretty port with many great fish restaurants serving the catch of the day. Not surprisingly, Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. If you find yourself with nothing to do on a Sunday, then go to Felanitx market where you can buy some local pottery and authentic local crafts.
Esmeralda Garden apartments in Cala d'Or and Las Rocas apartments are popular complexes, being located near to the beach and a good range of restaurants.
