This superb villa is conveniently located above the coastline in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular region of San Diego, just 400m from the beach where there is a lovely ‘Chiringuito’ or beach bar. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 1km of the villa and the superb up-market resort and golf centre of Sotogrande is just 3km along the coast where many fine restaurants, cafes and bars will be found around the Marina. The elevated position of the villa gives wonderful coastal views including the rock of Gibraltar.

The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of and entrance hallway leading to a spacious living room with dining area. There is an enclosed feature fire place and archway to a superb sun lounge, which has wonderful panoramic coastal views. The separate fitted kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining area and is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. A passage way from the living room gives access to a luxury shower room with power shower unit, a superb family bathroom with modern white suite and shower over bath. On this level there is a double bedroom, with patio doors to the gardens and two twin bedrooms, one of which has a connecting door to the bathroom and patio doors to the gardens. All the bedrooms are equipped built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lights.

Stairs from the hallway lead up to a majestic first floor master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, occassional furniture and patio doors to a large roof terrace, which benefits from magnificent coastal views to Gibraltar. A luxurious en-suite shower room with power shower completes the suite. The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped throughout. Entertainment in the lounge is provided by satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. The bd living room benefits from air conditioning with reverse heating facility (available at extra cost).

Outside, doors from the sun lounge and bedrooms gives access to mature, well kept gardens and lawns that surround the 8m x 4m kidney-shaped pool. To one side of the house can be found a peaceful relaxing covered terrace with a brick built barbeque unit; an idea place to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining at its best. Patio furniture, sun loungers and parasols are provided in this superb setting. There is off road parking for at least two cars in this peaceful and pleasant location.

Another destination famous of golf!

Sotogrande is an exclusive residential development with hotels and private villas to rent. As well as three golf courses, this area is popular for polo and if you stay during the summer months, you can’t miss one of the many tournaments that are held at weekends. Sotogrande also has a beautiful marina, a few local shops and 24-hour security. The nearest town is Estepona, so many visitors would probably benefit from hiring a car.
