This large detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet urbanisation just 400m from the famous Burriana beach in Nerja. A few minutes walk will bring you to one of the best beaches in the area having a number of “Chiringuitos” or beach bars as well as numerous shops and a fine selection of restaurants
The villa is in an enclosed plot having a lockable front gate. The accommodation is on three levels and is accessed by a flight of steps to a covered terrace leading through the main door to a hallway. From here to one side is a very spacious living room having comfy settees and quality traditional rustic furnishings. Entertainment is provided here by a satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. On this level there is also a fully fitted breakfast kitchen, which benefits from modern appliance and a family bathroom. From the hallway, stairs lead down to a second living room and separate fitted kitchen. On this level there are also two twin bedrooms having bedside tables and fitted wardrobes and a second family bathroom. From the ground floor entrance hall a second set of stairs leads up to the first floor where there are three more twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with extensive views.
At ground level the living room has double patio doors to a covered terrace. To one side of the villa there is a 6m x 4m swimming pool having ladder access with a poolside shower. Sun terraces surround the pool with sun beds and parasols provided to soak up the sun. There is a brick-built BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining. The villa benefits from security bars to all doors and windows. The location of this large villa close to the Burriana beach, makes it an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday by the sea.

Another popular resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is situated to the east of Malaga. The fantastic beach with its golden sand is a huge bonus, and over the years this old fishing town has transformed into a lively holiday destination. You can visit the nearby caves that are a few kilometres outside the town, or see the famous “Balcon de Europa” in the historical part of the town.
As is common on the Costa del Sol, outside living is big. If you want to eat out every night, you can. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering both traditional and international cuisine. What better way to walk a meal off than by wandering round the narrow parts of the old town and imagining how it used to look years ago.
