About the property

The truly superb villa has an enviable location, facing south-east, high up above the Punta Lara development, close to Nerja. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped and combines the relaxing benefits of the quite location with a ‘sports and fitness’ theme. The beach, shops and restaurants associated with Punta Lara are approximately 750m away.

The accommodation is on three levels and comprises, briefly on street level of an entrance hallway, with mirrors, leading to an ‘L shaped’ living room which has a lounge area leading through to the open plan dining area with American style fitted kitchen that benefits from all modern appliances. Full length picture windows in the living areas give wonderful breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline including Nerja. Patio doors from the dining area lead to the outside terrace which is equipped with automatic shades. Entertainment is provided in the living room by a flat-panel satellite TV and a DVD player (limited English channels). To the left of the living room there is a spacious double bedroom having en-suite bathroom with feature jacuzzi bath. The rooms on this level face south-east and have views of the coastline including the sea and mountains.

Stairs from the hallway lead down to the lower level where there is a second double bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a small open store area. On this level there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a small private terrace along with a second twin bedroom and a family shower room. All these bedrooms face south-east and have views. A second staircase gives access to the jacuzzi games room where there is special feature seating all round and a number of occasional tables. In this area is a full size hot-tub/jacuzzi, a toilet and an area for playing darts. For your convenience, a fridge and music centre is supplied. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning and central heating in all main living areas (usage charge extra).

Full length patio doors lead onto a spacious sun terrace, where patio furniture is provided; an idea location to experience true ‘Al fresco’ dining with a meal cooked on the barbecue! Steps lead down from this area to the next terrace where there is a lovely 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool and a poolside shower. From the pool area, walking through well kept mature gardens, on the final level there is a private badminton / basketball court. This is superb villa is a wonderful position to give excellent views and a number of unique benefits during a holiday. It is ideal for our most discerning clientele who seek a peaceful and relaxing holiday with good privacy. Due to the steep climb, a car is essential. Also, the number of internal stairs and garden steps make it unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

About Nerja, Costa del Sol

Another popular resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is situated to the east of Malaga. The fantastic beach with its golden sand is a huge bonus, and over the years this old fishing town has transformed into a lively holiday destination. You can visit the nearby caves that are a few kilometres outside the town, or see the famous “Balcon de Europa” in the historical part of the town.

As is common on the Costa del Sol, outside living is big. If you want to eat out every night, you can. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering both traditional and international cuisine. What better way to walk a meal off than by wandering round the narrow parts of the old town and imagining how it used to look years ago.
