This well appointed detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes drive from the centre of Estepona where there is a lovely marina and a long sandy beach with a number of Chiringuitos serving snacks, tapas and drinks. There are many popular resorts such as Puerto Banus, Marbella and Sotogrande just a short drive away as well as numerous well know Golf courses.

Being of recent construction, the contemporary design and high quality furnishings make for a very pleasing holiday environment. The accommodation is on three levels; the front door leads to a spacious reception area where there is a large dining area with three sets of patio doors to front and side that access an ’L-shaped’ sun terrace, where there is patio furniture and a parasol. Adjacent to the dining area is a separate fully fitted kitchen with seating area, benefiting from granite worktops and modern stainless steel appliances including built in microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer and a washing machine. Also on this level there is a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sun terrace, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a cosy single bedroom.

From the entrance hallway, stairs lead down to the spacious separate lounge, which has double patio doors to the terraces and grounds. The lounge has two distinct areas; one part being the ‘TV area’ with entertainment being provided by a 42” flat screen satellite TV, and a DVD player whilst the other part has a lovely bar with two wine chillers. A second staircase leads up from the reception area to the upper floor suit comprising of the master double bedroom which has patio doors to two sun terraces, having patio furniture to relax and take in the lovely sea views. A second TV and a stereo system are provided here. Also on this level is a luxurious jacuzzi bathroom with separate shower cubical. The bedrooms and main living areas benefit from remote control air conditioning units. (hot or cold). All the bathrooms have electric under floor heating. The villa is furnished and equipped internally to a very high standard which we are confident will appeal to our most discerning clientele.

Double patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a large sun terrace where there is a gazebo to create a covered dining area with seating for eight people. A barbecue is supplied to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining and take in the lovely views. Steps from the terrace lead down to mature gardens set around the lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool that has roman steps for easy access and a poolside shower. Pool heating is available on request, at extra cost. There is an iPod docking station next to the pool to play music whilst in the garden and twelve sun beds to bask in the sun. The electrically operated gates are linked to a CCTV system for added security. This well equipped and well appointed villa with panoramic sea views makes is idea for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

A 25% deposit is due when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. You can use either a credit or debit card, but there is a 2% charge with credit card payments.

The changeover days are fixed and cannot be changed.

About Estepona, Costa del Sol

Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.

On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.

In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
