This uniquely constructed detached villa is set in an enviable position on the Es Raco beach in Pals. A pathway gives direct access to the beach. Spectacular views of the sea and Medas Island can be seen from the lounge, pool area and terraces.
The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of a spacious lounge / dining room, which has two sets of patio doors to the covered terrace. Entertainment is provided here by satellite TV (limited channels) DVD player and a CD/music system. Leading off the dining area of the living room, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan.
Stairs from the lounge lead to the lower level where there are two double bedrooms, having fitted wardrobes and an unusual bedroom having four single beds, set in the rock that protrudes through the villa’s floor (caution needed). All the rooms have a direct access to the terrace with spectacular views of the bay and access to the pool. The three bedrooms share two lovely tiled shower rooms on this level.
The villa, having recently been completed, is tastefully furnished to a high standard and well is equipped throughout, making it a very comfortable venue for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Outside, to the front of the house there is a spacious open terrace with decking to surround the 9m x 4m swimming pool, which has roman steps for easy access. The patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a full length terrace, having a large table and eight cofy chairs to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. A second small terrace can be found on the lower level. A pathway from the terraces leads directly to this lovely, safe sandy beach with a beach snack-bar and restaurant just 200m away. Patio furniture, sun beds, parasols and a barbecue are provided.
