Villa Azul is a charming private holiday villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private swimming pool close to many amenities in the popular town of Coin not far from the Costa del Sol.

The large open plan living/dining room provides plenty of comfortable seating for all. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with all the free to view satellite channels plus DVD, video and CD players. Large patio doors give plenty of light plus access onto the furnished verandah overlooking the pool.

The dining area has a lovely solid wood dining suite with seating for 6 and the fully fitted kitchen leads off from here. It is well equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, large American style fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery and glasses etc. A washing machine is also available for use by guests.

Both of the bedrooms lead off from the living room so all of the accommodation is conveniently situated on one level. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of built in storage space and a large en-suite bathroom with an impressive corner bath plus toilet and twin sinks. The second bedroom also has a double bed and en-suite facilities, this is a shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

The villa is approached by a bridge which actually spans the fully tiled swimming pool and to one side of the porch is a verandah with swing seat and relaxer chairs. There is also a patio area around the pool itself. The whole property is well enclosed by wall and hedge to afford maximum privacy and security. Double gates lead to the drive where there is parking for 2 cars, at the time of preparing this listing the pool was empty which is why there are no photographs of it, however it is shortly to be filled and then photos will be uploaded.

The owners of Villa Azul live in a totally separate apartment beneath the main villa however this in no part infringes on Villa Azul. They keep themselves very much to themselves and always respect their guests privacy but at the same time are on hand should any problems arise.

About Coin, Inland Andalucia

The village of Coin is situated far enough inland not to suffer from tourism in huge quantities, however it is easily accessible and is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Coin is roughly a 20-minute drive from Marbella and 30-minutes from Malaga airport.

Although popularity continues to grow over the years, Coin isn’t somewhere to stay if you want an action-packed holiday. Holidaymakers are attracted as it offers somewhere that is peaceful and pretty, has lots of ancient buildings to look, yet isn’t too far away from the livelier resorts. Coin has many citrus groves growing in the region, this is due to the very fertile land in which surrounds it.

Villa Azul is located near to the centre of the lively Spanish town of Coin and as such is well situated for anyone wishing to holiday without the additional expense of a car.There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance plus the impressive Commercial Centre, la Trocha, which has many good shops plus a multi screen cinema which along with films in Spanish normally shows at least one in the original English version.A very popular boot sale is also held here each Sunday.

The Costa del Sol, with all its beautiful beaches, and many other attractions such as the resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella have to offer with their first class shops, bars and restaurants is about 30 minutes away by car or you can take one of the regular buses from the town to Fuengirola or Malaga.

In conclusion then Villa Azul is a comfortable and well equipped holiday home, offering a good standard of accommodation in a very convenient location and all at a very reasonable price.

My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
