The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with satellite TV and radio/CD player. The lounge area has its own balcony with steps that lead up to the extremely large roof terrace which is equipped with dining table, barbeque, sun loungers and large sun umbrella.
The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker iron and a separate utility room with washing machine.
There is a private parking space in a secure garage.
All linen is included in addition to cleaning and laundry at the end of the vacation.

The town of Aguilas has a large harbour which has an active fishing fleet and you can watch the boats returning in the late afternoon and unload their catch at the fish quay. Overlooking Aguilas harbour is the 11th Century Castle which has been recently refurbished. The town has many smart shops, restuarants and bars, the main square being the place where you can sit, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by.
Nearby there is the nature reserve of Cabo de Cope and the adjoining coastline is totally uncommercialised where you can often be on you own in a deserted cove, relaxing in the sun. The area boast some of the best beaches in southern Spain and are untouched by over-commercialisation making it one of the last parts of 'undiscovered Spain'.
