A spacious first floor apartment in an exclusive complex on the edge of the Port area of Javea, offering a relaxing and secure environment, yet with bars, restaurants and shops, as well as the sea and beach, an attractive promenade, fishing port and harbour within a 10 minute walk.
The apartment’s thoughtfully-planned layout provides an atmosphere of space and comfort, with the tastefully furnished lounge/dining room leading to a large southwest-facing veranda overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.
The historic old town of Javea is less than 2 km away, and the popular Arenal beach, with its many attractions to suit all tastes and age groups, is five minutes by car, or about a 20 minute walk. Two good golf courses are within a fifteen-minute radius, and there is a comprehensive sports centre close by. In the immediate vicinity are several bars and restaurants catering for a variety of tastes.

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
