The property is tastefully furnished. The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a large, bright lounge with 2 leather sofas. There is a TV and DVD with English channels. The dining area provides seating for 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all the usual appliances you would expect in a self catering property.
Bathroom No 1 is on the ground floor and has a shower, WC and basin. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor which has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and drawers. Bathroom No 2 is on this floor and has a shower, WC and basin.
There is access to a small balcony area from the upper floor.
At the front of the property is a terraced area with table and chairs and sunbeds. There is a BBQ in this area so you can enjoy al fresco dining. The property is in a small development with a well maintained communal pool with separate children's pool.
A small welcome pack comprising tea, coffee, milk, water and a bottle of cava is provided for your arrival

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
Caleta de Fuste is one of the most popular beach resorts on Fuerteventura and has a sweeping horseshoe shaped bay that provides safe bathing for families. This duplex property is located in the heart of the town just a few minutes walk from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. Caleta de Fuste is an ideal base for both sunlovers who want a relaxing holiday in the sun or if you feel like being a bit more energetic then the harbour area of Caleta de Fuste offers a range of watersports from snorkelling and scuba diving to deep sea fishing and many more. Or why not take a look at the sea from below the surface on a submarine trip.
The rocks around the harbour are home to the chipmunks of Fuerteventura (which are actually Barbary Squirrels) and they love to be fed nuts and apples which they will happily take from a child's hand!
Within a 10 minute walk of the town is the Atlantico Shopping Centre which is home to a cinema, bowling alley, amusement arcade and a large supermarket. There are also lots of shops, bars and restaurants (including a Burger King and a MacDonalds if you need a fast food fix!). At the rear of the shopping centre are lagoon style beaches with the fine white sand that blows in from the Sahara.
There are 2 x 18 hole golf courses in Caleta de Fuste both within walking distance of the property so golfers are well catered for in this part of the island.
Caleta de Fuste is a very friendly family resort with a range of bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget.
No matter what you are looking for in a holiday then you will find this property a great base!

“the actual house was great very spacious, and was well set out. There were some faults in the house that could do with repairing. Shower did not work in downstairs toilet, only one plug available between sinks, Freezer door does not shut properly.
Excellent service when the boiler stopped working fixed straight away.
The surrounding complex was the main let down, with regards to the paint work around pool, tiles being broken all over walkways, just generally old and tired looking.”
Owner's response: We have noted all the comments and are arranged for all problems to be remedied. Hopefully the complex with have a refurb after the summer to bring it back to life.
