This first floor one bedroom apartment is situated in this desirable and popular complex El Barranquillo only a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, shops and restaurants.
Beautiful one bedroom apartment with two single beds, fitted wardrobes with safe deposit box . Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. The newly refurbished bathrooom has a large walk-in shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen comprises electric cooker, hob, fridge, electric kettle and all cooking and eating untensils.
The lounge area which is nicely furnished, has a sofa bed which folds out double, 2 arm chairs, table and chairs and coffee table. The lounge houses its own TV with satellite channels, DVD player. The lounge area leads onto a spacious sunny patio area overlooking the swimming pools and gardens. There are two sun loungers on the patio together with patio chairs, table and parasol. You will have access to the three communal swimming pools in the complex.
Within easy walking distance to the big beach, shops, bars, clubs, restaurants and casino, including the shopping centre, La Biosfera.
A welcome sangria pack is supplied for every reservation, with some other extras such as a bottle of water, milk, biscuits, etc.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Amenities include swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, surfing, fishing, tennis, golfing, walking, horse riding and there is a nearby shopping centre (Biosfera) and good nightlife in Puerto del Carmen.

“we were very happy with the apartment it was clean and tidy and it also had a washing machine in the property. The apartment is 5 mins walk to to the main road where all the bars, restaurants and the beach are located. Plenty to do there and taxis are also on the main walk and buses. Highly recommend as have been there 5 times.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at El Barranquillo the apartment is really nice with a balcony overlooking the pool. The apartment is located in a quiet area while at the same time is close to everything the beach, shops, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this apartment and the english tv and washing machine were an immense bonus!!! We will definitely be back...”

“I have been staying at this apartment for many years (coming around 3 times a year) and the service I've always received have been excellent. This apartment has all the facilities you need while on holiday and the location couldn't be better. The communal swimming pools were lovely and always cleaned. The gardens were nicely taken care of and space to park your rented car (if you want to hire one, although no need as the location is great).
I would like to thank Mari for her services. She always makes sure that I have what I need.
If you want a place to relax, enjoy, forget about everything with a very economical price, this is the place for you. I would definitely recommed it to everyone. Thank you for the wonderful time!”
