About the property

This nicely furnished, first floor apartment is in the centrally located Oasis Dunas complex. The complex is ideal for couples or families who want to be within walking distance of all the amenities that Corralejo has to offer, whilst staying in a well maintained complex with it’s own bars, restaurants and entertainment.

The accommodation comprises a lounge with sofa bed that will sleep 2 children or teenagers in comfort. There is a TV, which receives some English channels, and a DVD. Patio doors lead to the balcony area which has sunbeds and dining table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped to a good standard with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board plus all the usual cutlery and crockery that you need for a self catering holiday.

The bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower, WC and basin.

The Oasis Dunas complex has a large communal pools and sunbathing terraces, children’s play area and on site bar and restaurant.

Fully insured airport transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.

About Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants to choose from.

Owner's Tips...

The apartment is located in the Oasis Dunas complex which is just a short walk from the nearest beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. The recently opened Campanello shopping centre is a few hundred metres from the complex and here you will find lots of Spanish high street stores plus bars and a supermarket. There is often live entertainment here from local performers.

About a 7 minute walk from the complex is the Baku entertainment centre which includes a waterpark, zoo and 10 pin bowling alley. There is also a weekly market held here where you can pick up souvenirs from the island and nearby Morrocco.

Watersports enthusiasts will want to wander through the high street, with its numerous bars and restaurants, down to the harbour where you can scuba dive, snorkel, go deep sea fishing and much more. Why not take the short ferry ride to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote and spend a day in Playa Blanca for a change of scenery.

If you want to explore the island whilst you are here then you will find something for everyone. Close to Corralejo is the National Park with it's stunning sand dunes of sand that blows in from the Sahara. About 30 minutes drive is the resort of Caleta de Fuste which has a sweeping, horseshoe shaped beach that provides very safe bathing. Head further south and you will come to La Lajita which is home to a large zoo and cactus garden which will keep the family busy for the whole day. Windsurfers will find some of the best beaches in the world on Fuerteventura and those seeking some culture need only venture into the rocky interior and seek out some of the wonderful Canarian villages.
