Villa Rana Verde is a luxury 2 double bedroom villa tastefully furnished to a very high standard.

The villa is set in a private location, And benefits from its own enclosed and landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation, waterfall and fruit trees. There is a secure, gated entrance with car parking within.

The beautiful swimming pool is 8 x 5 metres with Roman steps and surrounded with a patio. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink leading on to a decked seating area. Table + 4 chairs and sunloungers.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with everything you will need for your holiday including oven hob microwave, coffee maker & dishwasher.

The lounge is fully furnished and has free view television. There is also a separate dining room. There are two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with ensuite with a bath and over head shower. There is also one separate main bathroom complete with walk in shower.

All furniture in this villa is of a high standard. Mosquito blinds and air-conditioning are fitted throughout the villa. We provide a complementary welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam, butter and water.

We have an English representative who will meet you at the villa on your arrival to give you the keys and is only a phone call away if you need any help during your stay.

The pool and garden are maintained evey week.

La Barrosa Beach and Sancti Petri are only a few minutes drive away. Chiclana is a typical Spanish town, benefiting from sympathetic restoration in recent years. Its traditional style buildings and pedestrian shopping area, covered market selling fresh local produce and seafood, make it a great place to shop. The villa is approximately 5minutes drive from La Barrosa’s Blue Flag beach, and the Costa Sancti Petri beaches. The abandoned village of Costa Sancti Petri has a fishing harbour, marina and a water sports centre. If you prefer more sheltered and secluded coves, try a short drive towards Conil.

Please note a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 5 weeks before arrival.

There is a £300 refundable security deposit required before your arrival.

Villa Rana Verde is in a great location set in a private residential area of Rana Verde and only a few mins from all the local amenities including bars, restaurants, Chemist, bakery and Cafes.

You can walk to a Restaurant, bar and childrens play area.
