Manzanos is a lovely, modern and well-equipped detached villa situated in a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains and the Jalon Valley. The villa is a two-storey property with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern fitted kitchen and lounge/diner with UK tv channels. Doors from the lounge open on to a covered naya terrace with swing seat, outside dining furniture and those views! Steps lead down to the pool and sunbathing terraces. The property has broadband internet access for use with guests' own laptop or other device.

Manzanos is situated just a few minutes drive from the charming and traditional Spanish village of Murla. The villages of the Jalon Valley, with their excellent country restaurants and all amenities, are within a 10 minute drive radius. The sandy beaches and resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are 25 minutes by car. The property is peacefully located and the views across the Jalon Valley to the mountains are uninterrupted. The country development of Vernissa Park is small, quiet and relaxed.

Bedroom 1 (upper floor) with kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe / dressing area, bedside cabinets and ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (lower floor) with twin beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet. Adjacent to main shower room. It is possible to sleep an additional 1 to 2 persons on the sofa bed in the lounge. Ensuite to bedroom 1 with bath and shower, wc and basin and cabinet. Main bathroom adjacent to bedroom 2 with large walk-in shower, wc and basin and cabinet. Hairdryer. Fans in all bedrooms.

Fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops, cooker, large built-in fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster. Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, folding clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner. A cot and highchair is available upon request.

Comfortable lounge seating - armchairs and sofa (converts to sofa bed and can sleep an additional 1 or 2 persons), dining table/chairs, satellite TV showing UK television channels, CD player, video player. Doors from the lounge open on to the covered naya terrace with a double swing seat.

Full radiator central heating throughout the property.

Outside a roof solarium accessed by a lockable door from upper floor. Naya shaded and open sunbathing terraces, patio furniture, sunloungers, umbrella, barbecue and 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with underwater lighting.

A welcome pack of water, milk, bread, butter, jam, bacon, wine, beer, toilet tissue and soap is included.

Holiday rental prices

Any arrival / departure day is possible, subject to fitting in with the diary (minimum rental 7 nights).

Towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

The villa´s housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around.

Security damages deposit £150 refundable within 10 working days of departure.

We can accept payment by credit card.

Owner's Tips

We love the wonderful views and tranquillity of Manzanos. And, one of our favourite restaurants, El Nou Portet, is located on the Alcalali / Orba road, just 5 minutes drive from the villa!

The sleepy village of Murla is a few minutes drive from Manzanos and has a bakery, a few small shops and a small produce market on Mondays. Jalon and Orba (10 minutes drive) are small towns with all amenities - shops and supermarkets, bars, restaurants, internet, bank facilities, weekly markets, wineries. Jalon Valley villages are all within a 10 minute drive radius of Manzanos and all have excellent bars and restaurants serving great food for all budgets and tastes.

About us
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
