The south facing covered veranda overlooks the solar heated swimming pool and sun patio.
The heated pool measures 8 m X 4 m - 1.5m deep with moulded steps on all pool sides to aid entry & exit. There is a Gas BBQ and an extra pool bar fridge for cool drinks.
A Pool Safety fence can be hired and erected
If you have young children, we can supply a Swimming pool fence
For a booking fee - £50
Enclosed within gated, high walled, extensive, mature gardens.
Private off road parking for 2 hire cars within the grounds.
Rural Lanzarote accommodation, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, but only 10 minutes drive to Costa Teguise beaches and resort. Only 12 minutes drive to Famara beaches. Teguise Golf only 5 minutes drive away. Large well stocked Euro Spar supermarket 6 minutes drive. We consider a car essential. Approx 17 minute drive to Puerto del Carmen

Tahiche is a quiet rural village famous as the location of the house of Cesar Manrique, the artist and architect who ensured that Lanzarote retained its character and charm. Now converted into a museum, this architectural masterpiece is one of the great attractions of the island. The village is just a 20-minute drive from Arrecife airport.

Your Lanzarote holiday home is very centraly located in Lanzarote, on the outskirts of Tahiche, near the old capital of Teguise. Also near The Foundation in what was Cesar Manrique's house, known as 'El Taro de Tahiche'.
Casa Albryna is enclosed within the extensive grounds of the main property. Guests have their own parking area, garden pathway and exclusive entrance to their solar heated pool and spacious patio area.
Privately owned and lovingly managed by the resident owners.
We have welcomed guests to this special Lanzarote retreat for many years.
We are only a phone call or a text away for anything you may need.
Prepared for your arrival. All linen and towels provided. A welcome pack always supplied and a large well stocked supermarket only 6 minutes drive away.

Meet the owners...
About us
Alan & Brynette in Lanzarote. Together for over 30 years. Married in 2000. We have loved Lanzarote for many years. Brynette a commercial artist - www.brynette.com - and Alan an engineer. We discovered the beauty of Lanzarote way back in 1981.
We continue to welcome our guests to enjoy Villa Casa Albryna.
In 1984, I raised a second mortgage on my UK home, to enable my parents' dream, to buy a holiday apartment, on a small complex in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. From that year on, Alan and I worked very hard in London UK, regularly sending money to my retired parents living in Lanzarote. Alan often visited between his work commitments, always working holidays! Helping to enhance the family rural home plus our apartments in Los Fragosos Puerto del Carmen.
However, my love has always been with the rural, country areas of Lanzarote.
Since moving to Lanzarote in 2000, Alan has continued to work relentlessly to improve our Lanzarote Rural Family Home. Adding special extras for all our guests, including solar heating for the pool, solar hot water, internet and many more special extras!
This Lanzarote Villa has seen many changes through the years. The beauty & character stands here with memories and enjoyment of our past guests, returning guests, and our future guests.
This is not a new build box. This unique home has a heart, a history and a special character. We welcome you to enjoy the warmth.
Casa Albryna is set within the extensive garden grounds of the main property.

What we love about our property
We love Villa Casa Albryna. A spacious Lanzarote Rural Retreat.
A special family home with lots of space
A place for a couple to relax - or a family with children, to enjoy.
Sunny days, blue skies, beautiful golden sunsets, clear night skies with sparkling stars & bold night flowering cactus. A crow of our neighbour's cockerel, wild birds twittering for their morning & evening feed.
Swimming in the heated pool at night. Turn off all the lights and bathe under the stars!
The first time I ever saw a shooting star was here!
There are gardens to play in. Children camping safely within the garden grounds. Feeding cheese to the Lizards. Taking a special Lanzarote walk on the volcan, just outside our gates. catching glimpses of wildlife, kestrels, tabobos the hoopoe bird, rabbits, partridge, lizards and robins ! ( not a tourist in site ! ).
The Hunting Season, being lucky enough to watch the skittish bunnies, anticipating and often out whitting the amazing podencos, hunting dogs on the volcan. The bunnies often hide in our garden!

“Absolutely beautiful & amazing value for money. Extremely spacious, clean & well maintained. Casa Albryna has a warm feeling, with homely touches & character. A lovely welcome pack, a sparkling pool & equipped with absolutely everything we needed & more! The two of us wanted a pre Christmas chill out before the UK festivities. We chose this Villa on the strength of the reviews & we were not disappointed. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed in Lanzarote & we do not hesitate to recommend it to others. Brynette & Alan are helpful, friendly & easy going. Thanks for a great relaxing week. We will return.”

“Casa Albryna is lovely. The accommodation very clean and beautifully presented. The place has lots of character. The pool area has a big sun patio. The large veranda, gives shade & a cool place to sit & eat. Only problem was arguing whose turn on the very relaxing swing seat! The two of us went for a last minute break. We had read the reviews, and were not disappointed. The owners were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful, but they were also very respectful of our privacy Whenever we texted for advice or something we needed, nothing was too much trouble. You do need a car for this place. This is the first time we have hired a car, very reasonable rates, organised by the owners through a local firm. We are so glad we did drive this time, we saw beautiful places we did not know existed in Lanzarote We highly recommend Casa Albryna ( which we now realise is made up from their names!) Thanks Alan & Brynette for a lovely relaxing holiday.”

“This was the second time we stayed at Casa Albryna, and we were not disappointed this time either. Hosts Brynette and Alan are wonderful people no problem is too big for them but we have never had a problem. All is in place when we arrive. A perfect place to have as a base for the beautiful scenic drives around the beautiful Lanzarote. And the beautiful starry nights. wonderful to be able to buy fresh fish and grill in the evening and then an evening swim in the pool that is comfortable +30. Kids love this house their room full of toys they never miss anything. I can really recommend this villa for a peaceful and wonderful holiday with kids. Will return for a third time in 2012 we have found our paradise on earth”

“A fabulous villa for a relaxing holiday.
Perfectly placed for exploring the island, that is of course if you can tear yourself away from the swimming pool.
Every facility you need is there from BBQ to Internet/PC.
Added bonus was having Sue Colwell visit us for facials and massages that we had outside on the terrace.
Clean, comfortable, private everything you would want and more
