This spacious, luxury villa is beautifully maintained and ideally located close to some of the best beaches on the island. It is situated in a large corner plot with a mature garden and is very private. It has 3 large bedrooms, one with ensuite and a lovely balcony sun terrace with a view to Montana Roja and the sea. On the ground floor there is a further bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and comfortable lounge with patio doors that lead to the terraced pool area. The heated pool is 8m x 4m and has night lights so that a swim can be enjoyed anytime of the day. There is a large built- in barbeque and an outdoor dining area. The floors are marble throughout and therefore the villa is spacious, light and cool.

It is just 5 minutes walk to the sea and a short walk from a range of convenient stores including a great patisserie. The villa provides a great holiday venue for families and adult parties. The extremely favourable Canarian island weather means that guests can enjoy the heated pool, built in barbeque and opportunities for alfresco dining anytime of the year. A holiday here is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised. The villa is walled and gated and therefore safe for children. For guests visiting with small children cots, high chairs etc are available on request. There are a range of inflatables and pool toys at the villa. On arrival guests will receive a welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, juice, milk, water and biscuits. A complimentary bottle of wine is also provided.

A car is not really essential as there is plenty to do and see in the immediate vicinity but, it is worthy of note that there is the most excellent bus service, every twenty minutes,nearby that will take you anywhere in Playa Blanca for just 1 Euro 15 Cents.

Easter Holiday weeks will be charged at a rate of £650 a week based on 4 people sharing, additional person supplement will be £40.
Christmas and New Year holidays at £720 per week with additional
person supplement as above.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips

The local beaches are fabulous with great fish restaurants and a chance for good snorkling. The new Marina Rubicon is a must just 5 minutes drive or bus ride from the villa with its beautiful restaurants and idylic setting. A walk up Montana Roja is memorable and also recommended.

Costa Teguise Golf Course, 72 par-18 hole is situated at the foot of a volcano and has magnificent views over the ocean. The course is surrounded by leaf palms, extravagant cacti and volcanic lava- the natural attractions of the island that makes the course a real pleasure to play. A nearer Course is at Tias a mere fifteen minute drive away.

This villa break would provide a chance for real escapism!
