About Riomar 10, Mil Palmeras

Imagine starting your day with breakfast on the south-facing balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained pool.

This spacious 3 bedroom first floor apartment with air-con and secure underground parking is in a quiet residential urbanisation. The nearby village of Mil Palmeras and the small town Torre de la Horadada are poular holiday destinations for the Spanish.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils for cooking, a fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bathrooms, with showers and one bath. The main bathroom has a double washbasin. The spacious lounge, with air-con, opens onto the balcony overlooking the pool. As the apartment is south-facing, it enjoys sunshine all day! The balcony canopies provide privacy and shade, if preferred, from the midday sun.

The main bedroom also has air-con, as well as a beautiful view of the pool. The two twin bedrooms and main bedroom have plenty of storage space in the fittted wardrobes.

No car is required as Riomar 10 is just 3 minutes walk from the beautiful Blue Flag beach of Mil Palmeras, and within comfortable walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and internet café.

If you choose to go further afield, there are several golf courses are within 15 minutes drive as well as a waterpark, go-karts & other activites. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Mil Palmeras is perfect for a meal, icecream or a drink. The Plaza in Pueblo Latino is a lovely place to spend a few hours watching the world go by while enjoying an icecream or glass of red! Why not explore the many local beaches, or walk the prom in Torre de la Horadada, admiring the boats in the little harbour? Lillies restaurant in the plaza is always a popular spot!

About us
We bought this apartment newly built in 2006 and have recently started to rent it out when not using it ourselves.

What we love about our property
We love so much about this apartment! It's very spacious so lots of room with 2 growing boys. We love overlooking the pool. The beach is only 300 metres away and all amenities are within walking distance. It's perfect for us to unwind and relax in and we hope you'll love it too!
