A modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in a prime location close to golden – gently sloping sandy beaches, and the spectacular (flat) coastal walk looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, and leading to the harbour
Amuley Mar 1 is an exclusive complex comprising of privately owned 2 and 3 bed houses surrounding a shared heated pool. With only 5 minutes walk from the town's bars, restaurants and the well-maintained beach it makes the ideal destination for any holidaymaker. So if you love fishing, diving, and shopping, walking, golf or just enjoy relaxing you certainly won't be disappointed. With the excellent location you can forget the car for a week or two.
The property is fitted with modern furniture to reflect a homely feel, and is available to rent as either two or three bedrooms.
The ground floor lounge with 4 seater & 2 seater settees has satellite TV, DVD, a selection of DVD/CD'S are provided & internet access is available.
The kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle and a dining table to accommodate 6 people. However there is also a table and 6 chairs on the private terrace for al fresco dining..
The first floor master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, etc, and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and well-kept gardens. There is also fully fitted bathroom between the 2 rooms. The lower ground floor has a twin bedroom with a wardrobe accompanied by an en-suite shower room.
We also provide a free welcome pack for your convenience, which includes initial supplies of tea coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, washing powder, washing up liquid, dishcloth, tea towel. Toilet rolls and handwash are of course provided in all three toilets for your arrival.
Any other requirements you have can be catered for, such as cots, high chairs, stair gates breakfast packs, fruit and salad box, basic food pack etc. Just let us know in advance.

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
Whilst Fuerteventura is blessed with a warm all year round climate, the heated (all year round) swimming pool of Amuley Mar1 is a dream.
There is a wide selection of restaurants, with a number of bars providing evening entertainment of all kinds. All are within a 5 minute stroll of our house.
We can provide details of “Trips and tours” and contact details for various activities from Deep Sea Fishing to Cycle hire. Just ask.
We have 2 sets of golf clubs at our house, which are available for free use. The house is close to two champoinship courses ((5 mins max). We've played both and - both are a good challenge. As above - we can provide websites for details and green fees.
