This stylishly furnished penthouse apartment is located in the up and coming Parque Natural area of Corralejo.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double (with en-suite) and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, kettle, toaster and all crockery, utensils and cooking equipment. There is a washing machine in a separate storage area.

The lounge/dining room provides lounge and dining seats for up to 6 people in comfort. There is a TV with UK satellite channels and a DVD/CD player.

The apartment has a sunny roof terrace with sunbeds and stunning views to the neighbouring islands if Lanzarote and Los Lobos. Inside the apartment there is a conservatory style area with extra seating so you can enjoy a glass of cava whilst whilst watching the sun go down.

Nearest bars, shops and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk but there is a small local supermaket about 5 minutes from the villa for day to day essentials. The development has a large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool.

All linen and towels are provided, except for beach towels and face cloths, and a small welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, water and a bottle of cava is provided for your arrival.

Fully insured airport transfers are available at an extra cost.

About Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants to choose from.

Owner's Tips

The apartment is located in the Parque Natural area of Corralejo which is about a 20 minute walk from the town or a short, 5 minute drive.

About a 15 minute walk from the apartment is the Baku entertainment centre which includes a waterpark, zoo and 10 pin bowling alley. There is also a weekly market held here where you can pick up souvenirs from the island and nearby Morrocco.

Watersports enthusiasts will want to wander through the high street, with its numerous bars and restaurants, down to the harbour where you can scuba dive, snorkel, go deep sea fishing and much more. Why not take the short ferry ride to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote and spend a day in Playa Blanca for a change of scenery.

If you want to explore the island whilst you are here then you will find something for everyone. Close to Corralejo is the National Park with it's stunning sand dunes of sand that blows in from the Sahara. About 30 minutes drive is the resort of Caleta de Fuste which has a sweeping, horseshoe shaped beach that provides very safe bathing. Head further south and you will come to La Lajita which is home to a large zoo and cactus garden which will keep the family busy for the whole day. Windsurfers will find some of the best beaches in the world on Fuerteventura and those seeking some culture need only venture into the rocky interior and seek out some of the wonderful Canarian villages.
