About Santa Amalia, Montemar
Situated in the Montemar area of Torremolinos, very close to Benalmadena Marina. Two 1 bed apartments, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. Available fully furnished and equipped. Good sized terrace with sea views, and use of private pool area.
The complex includes an enclosed grassed pool area with private pool solely for use of residents with showers and toilets. On the roof there is a sun terrace with plenty of sun-bathing area and the facility to hang out washing and with a great 360 degree views.

About Torremolinos, Costa del Sol
Probably unfairly well known for it's reputation in the 1960's as the first real destination on the Costa del Sol to really take off. And why did everyone flock there? The answer is probably the beach. Miles and miles of sandy beach means you don't have to feel cramped and you can find your own little patch to soak up the sun.
If you want to do some shopping, then head for Calle de San Miguel, which is where it all happens. Here you will find an array of shops to work your way through, plus some café's and bars to rest tired feet. Don't be afraid to explore Torremolinos, off the beaten track you can still find memories of years ago, believe it or not it wasn't always full of hotels and apartment blocks.
Owner's Tips
The apartment block contains approximately 60 privately owned apartments with these two apartments being on the top/seventh floor. Conveniently located with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach being just 100 yards away.

“excellent apartment.everything you require.nice and quiet.all shops abd bars on the doorstep.Spotless clean we have used these apts on a number of occasions couldent fault them”
