A stunning 3 storey 4 bedroom townhouse style villa, with stunning sea views set on the 5* Playa Macenas Beach and Golf Resort with the wonderful beaches of Majocar being just 5 minutes away. The town of Majocor where you will find an abundance of restaurants and shops is just 1.8km away, a nice stroll..

The first floor has 1 double bedroom, kitchen and lounging area and bathroom. The second floor has 1 double, 1 twin & an extra room (open planned) with a double sofa bed. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests.
Fully airconditioned with modern kitchen, dishwasher/washing machine/microwave. Lounging area with satellite TV and DVD player. Terraces off the lounge, and both double bedrooms. Master bedroom with private terrace and spectacular sea views. 2nd double bedroom with lovely views over the golf course. 3 bathrooms (2 shower rooms and one with a full bath).
Outside dining table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
This stunning townhouse is in situ on the Play Macenas Beach and Golf Resort, which has many onsite facilities, including access to the beautiful affinity pool, Spa and Fitness areas. There is discounted fees for golf for residents staying on this resort. There are several communal pools, one being just a few steps away. The location of this resort is second to none, walking distance to the beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops.

Mojácar is divided into two areas; firstly the picturesque hilltop town of Mojácar Pueblo, with it's unique Moorish feel, narrow streets and whitewashed properties. Then there is Mojácar Playa - a modern tourist, resort running along the coast.
Mojácar Playa has become a popular holiday destination over the past few years and it is well serviced for visitors. The beaches stretch for miles, they are safe and clean and all major watersports are available to try out. Away from the water, Mojácar Playa has a great selection of restaurants. If you've hired a car, Mini Hollywood and the Waterpark are only a short distance away.
Mojacar holiday accommodation is readily available to suit all budgets and party sizes. Holiday rentals in Mojacar have increased over the years as more and more visitors are looking for the ideal Mojacar rental. Most Mojacar properties are available all year round and some offer long lets during winter months.

Really enjoyed our stay, the wine and essentials that were there on arrival was a lovely touch! Golf course at Villa Macenas is great and everyone was very friendly.
