Finca CampiƱuela is approached by a long tree lined driveway and is set well back off the road. It is surrounded by 10,000 sqm ofcitrus groves and avocado trees from which guests are welcome to help themselves.
The accommodation consists of a delightful and spacious country apartment for two people. It is attached to, but quite independant from, the owners villa as steps lead down and round to the garden apartment below their villa. It has it's own large tropical garden, patios and BBQ area. The gardens are well screened by mature trees and shrubs and offer a quite delightful haven of peace and tranquility. The guests at Finca CampiƱuela have exclusive use of the above average sized swimming pool, 16m.x 8m.
The apartment consists of a large dining room and a separate living room. The ceilings of which are very high giving a feeling of spaciousness and helping to keep it cool in the summer. The twin bedroom leads off the living room and this also is of a good size with high ceilings and a ceiling fan. There is a full bathroom and a kitchen which is well equipped with a double hob, microwave, automatic washing machine and a fridge with small freezer box.
In the living room there is a music centre and satellite television.
Whilst the apartment itself is lovely, being very well fitted and furnished as it is, the gardens, pool and patios add a whole extra dimension to your holiday. The large BBQ area has a sink and work tops, it is well shaded and has plenty of dining space. In addition there is a patio immediately outside the apartment which has a bar with a fridge, essential for keeping those long summer drinks cool. The swimming pool also has it's own large sun terrace. All this gives visitors the opportunity to make the most of the wonderful Spanish weather by dividing their time between barbecuing and al fresco dining, swimming, sunbathing or just relaxing in the shade with a good book.
There is a private parking area close to the apartment.

Located elegantly upon a hill within the Sierra de Mijas, surrounded by fruitful orchards including oranges and lemons. The "El Grande" part in the name was added to differentiate it from Alhaurin de Torre.
There is a maze of cobbled streets to explore, with restaurants serving local traditional foods that you may not of heard of before. If you visit Alhaurin el Grande at the beginning of the year you can't fail to miss the carnival. However other festivals and celebrations are held throughout the year that includes cheering bulls through the streets, so watch out!
The towns of both Alahurin el Grande and Coin are within easy reach and in both you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. They both cater quite admirably for the foreign visitor whilst at the sametime retaining the unique character of bustling Spanish market towns.
The Costa del Sol
The lovely clean beaches of the Costa del Sol are about a 25 minute drive away along with all the cosmopolitan shops, bars and restaurants of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and many other places in between. In addition to which there are of course the many excellent golf courses for which this part of the Costa del Sol is world famous. Indeed anyone holidaying in this area certainly won't be stuck for places to go and things to do.
About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.
I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.
I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
