About Villa Jasmine
A stunning 3 bedroom front line spacious luxury villa with far reaching views to the mountains directly opposite a tranquil lake on the fairway. A beautiful whitewashed villa, with beautiful interior and exterior furnishings, including a 4 poster bed in the master suite. A unique villa due to its beautiful front line golf position and garden plot, giving a large garden too.

Sleeps 6. Master ensuite bedroom with four poster bed, jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Two twin bedroooms, each with 2 single beds. Further family shower room. Lounging area with flat screen TV, DVD player.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge. Utility area with washing machine.
Outside covered eating area with comfy corner sofa unit and swining chair. 4 sun loungers and outside table and 6 chairs. BBQ area with built in Chiminea.
Fully air-conditioned.

Owner's Tips
The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this resort.

“We had a lovely time at Villa Jasmine, there was everything we needed at the Villa which was perfect. The resort is lovely and the course was beautiful to play on. This was definitely one of the more private villas and had a garden as well which we noticed a lot of the other villas didn't have. Ian was very helpful and the very minor issue that needed sorting was dealt with immediately (issue with boiler, no biggie!) the BBQ area was fab and we also lovely the additional outdoor table which was perfect for eating our breakfast every morning.”

“Many thanks for your email we had a wonderful stay in El Valle.
Our thoughts would be as follows about the villa, 'Villa Jasmine is the most perfect location if you are looking for a 'getting away from it all' type holiday, the villa is spacious, self contained with a beautiful outlook onto the golf course. It is secluded and quiet and is private to any onlookers. A rental car is essential as the El Valle resort is extremely basic with only one expensive restaurant at the golf club which is a good 20 minute walk from the villa. The planned hotel and spa plus the shops and restaurants were never constructed limits any entertainment on the resort. There is a 5 star golf course at El Valle and several other courses in the area but only accessible by car. Overall it was the perfect location for the quiet, romantic holiday we were looking for.”

“We spend a very lovely week in the villa Jasmin and Amarillo. The whole week has been as professional as your work before. Thank you for this. That are great villas with all nessecary including and a lot more. It was a good place with the garden between the villas, and all in the centre of the golf course.
We was very pleased about all the super friendly people in the store, the golf reception the security, and all other too.
At least I lost my keys of home and car in the villa, but Ian will send me by post.”
