Casa Bonita is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, only 15 minutes from Arrecife airport. It is approximatley a 5 minute stroll to the old town of Puerto del Carmen with its harbour area and many shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa is bright, spacious and furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a sitting room come dining room with wall to wall windows looking out over the pool and patio area. Entertainment includes satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, stereo and game area.

There is a separate kitchen with dining area which is fully equipped with all modern appliances including cooking utensils, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, full oven and microwave.

The master bedroom, with French doors leading out to the patio and pool, has a queen size bed with ensuite and double sinks. There are two twin bedrooms one with an extra pull out bed. The large family bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and double sinks. This property comfortably sleeps 2-7 guests. There are 2 bathrooms in total.

The villa has a large sun terrace with sea views. There is a dining area with barbeque which offers both shaded and open areas. There is a heated pool with pool side shower. The garden is surrounded by high walls for privacy. The 6x4m pool is heated electrically between Oct - Mar. Heating between Apr-Sep can be arranged at an extra cost. There is a poolside shower and off street parking for 1 car.

The villa is cleaned on arrival and mid week towel change. 2 week rentals and over (4 persons and over) villa cleaned weekly and weekly towel change. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Linens are provided.

Other amenities include a washing machine, safe, cot and highchair and iron.

Holiday rental prices

Prices are based on 4 persons. Prices available for 2/3 persons on request. Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-term breaks are charged at high season rates.

Any weeks available over the next 4 weeks 40% discount, 8 weeks 30%, 12 weeks 20%

Children under 2 free.

Booking deposit £250 per week. Balance due 8 weeks prior to travel. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
