About Villa Avaya
This is a fabulous detached villa with a private heated swimming pool, located in one of the best locations on Roda Golf overlooking the 17th green and the 18th tee box. Beautifully furnished throughout and with a lovely BBQ area. Villa Avaya sleeps 8 persons with the double sofa bed in the lounge.
Air-conditioning plus central heating. Large screen LCD TV and DVD player, satellite TV, inside dining for 6 and outside dining for 6, as well as 6 sun loungers
Kitchen equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and dishwasher.
One bedroom on the lower level with kangaroo beds (converts to 2 single beds) and two bedrooms on the upper level.
One ensuite bedroom upper level, one twin upper level

£200 booking deposit per week booked, with the balance payable 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit will be required.
£100 extra for pool heating, and must be booked in advance.
Payment can be via bank transfer or credit card.

Owner's Tips
Roda Golf Resort is superbly located close to the beaches of the Mar Menor. A bus, followed by a boat will take you out to this private beach area.
10 minutes from Murcia Airport
Beaches - 5 minutes drive
Golf course, and club house and restaurant
Alicante is 1 hour
Private beach club with pools and restaurant (Ferry to take you across) - journey takes around 1.5 hours and is 15 euros return (as at Aug 2010)
