This well presented 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed apartment is situated on the ideally located Casares del Sol development just a 10-15 minute walk from the clean and popular Casares beach.
The apartment offers very comfortable accommodation with a pleasant living/dining room which has large sliding patio doors onto the furnished balcony from here there are lovely views over the pool and gardens to the Mediterranean sea beyond. The balcony has a glassed topped patio set and comfortable chairs so you can enjoy al fresco dining whilst taking in these excellent views.
The living/dining room has the benefit of digital t.v.with a variety of programmes in English, 2 comfortable settees and a solid wood dining suite.
The modern, fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob and oven,a dishwasher,large fridge/freezer, microwave,electric kettle and toaster and a comprehensive selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.In addition there is a small utility room which houses the automatic washing machine.An iron and ironing board are also supplied.
Of the two bedrooms one is a double en-suite room with a full bath with shower over. The second is a twin room and there is a further family shower room with w.c. Both bedrooms have plenty of built in storage space.
The apartment benefits from nearby parking and there are stairs or a lift to the first floor floor where it is located.
In addition of course the lovely pools and gardens are at your disposal, the former being fenced round in order to provide security for those with young children.

Guests in this apartment are very well positioned to be able to enjoy all that the western end of the Costa del Sol has to offer. Within a short distance you have an excellent clean beach with a first class beach bar.Very nearby you also have the Casares Golf and Country club where you can either enjoy a round of golf or a drink and a meal in the excellent restaurant.
Heading up towards the village of Casares you will find a number of good country bars and restaurants for you to sample and then of course the charming village itself is definitely worth a visit.
Along the coast you have a number of fine resorts to pick from. Both Estepona and Sabinillas are between five and 10 minutes away by car and there you will find excellent, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. Also close by there is the very pretty port of La Duquesa and a little further along the coast you can visit the historic, and tax free, Rock of Gibraltar.
So in conclusion this comfortable holiday apartment provides first class accommodation in an excellent location for a memorable holiday on the Costa del Sol.
About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.
I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.
I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
