Cien Estrellas which means "One Hundred Stars" is a spacious villa with one-acre gardens and private pool. The property is in a quiet country location with fantastic mountain and valley views. The gardens are private with sunny and shaded areas and areas of complete privacy.
The main villa living accommodation of Cien Estrellas is on the upper floor and is open plan, light and airy. French doors open on to the large, covered terrace where there is dining furniture. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms adjacent to the large living space which are on the upper floor (level access from the pool and garden terraces). Cien Estrellas is beautifully furnished throughout in a contemporary and elegant style.
The lower floor of the villa is a spacious self-contained apartment suite with bedroom 4, shower room, lounge/dining/kitchen area. The apartment can be rented as an optional extra to the 3 bedroom villa or on its own (not July/August) - see separate listing for El Soñador.

The above prices are for the 3 bedroom villa rental option. The additional bedroom suite with shower, kitchen and lounge is available to guests of the villa only for an additional £295 per week. PLEASE NOTE, that the villa and the apartment are NOT rented to different parties at the same time.
Quality towels and linen are included and changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/Beach towels are provided for your use.
The owners' neighbours, who look after the property, will meet you on arrival and show you around.
Security damages deposit £225 (3 bedroom villa) or £325 (4 bedroom villa) refundable within 10 working days of departure.
Earliest check in time is 3pm and latest check out time is 10am.

Nearest small shops in Lliber village, 5 minutes by car. Larger shops and supermarkets in Jalon and Benissa, 5/10 minutes by car. Nearest bar and restaurant is a 10 minute walk down the lane. Choice of bars and restaurants in Lliber village, 5 minutes by car. Large choice of country restaurants within the Jalon Valley villages, 10 minute drive radius.
Cien Estrellas is located approximately 400 metres from the country road leading from Benissa to Jalon. It is situated along a country lane which is access to about a dozen houses only and therefore has no passing traffic. There are neighbouring houses situated on the hillside around Cien Estrellas although this property remains private due to its large gardens.
Lliber village is 1km from the villa and has the usual small village shops plus a couple of bars and restaurants. Jalon town is 2km distant and has a wide range of amenities, including larger shops, internet cafes, restaurants and bars, wineries and a very popular Saturday bric a brac market. The resorts of Calpe, Moraira and Javea are 15/20 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is essential.
We love the lower floor apartment (El Soñador) containing bedroom 4 which is of the same immaculate standard as the rest of the property. The apartment is also available as a separate and exclusive rental option (not in July and August) so a fantastic opportunity for a couple who want accommodation of the highest quality with private pool.
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).

“fabulous villa with everything you could possibly need, the only exception maybe that there was no English TV channel, but that was not a major issue. everything else perfect, the pool was the cleanest I have ever been in. Would be useful to have had an eating guide, or something like you have at the other villas with recommendations for eating out etc - there may have been one but it was in Dutch. 10/10 though & wouldnt hesitate to go back!!”
