About Villa Amarillo
Villa Amarillo is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort front line golf 3 bedroom Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the fairway and lake, as well as lovely comfy garden furniture. The house sleeps 6 persons and features the following:
Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit (single beds attached together giving a kingsize bed). Second double bedroom with twin beds (can be separated or attached). Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds (can be separated or attached). Second bathroom. Travel cot and high chair available. All linen and towels are provided not beach or pool towels.
Lounge area with seating for 6, dining with seating for 6. Satellite TV and DVD player and open fireplace. A double sofabed available for 7/8 persons.
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
The kitchen is fitted out with microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Full compliment of 6 dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots. Utility room includes washing machine.
Outside sees a private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers, comfy sofa and armchair. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6.

Owner's Tips
El Valle resort and its luxurious villas and apartments are a wonderful place to holiday with family and friends. The most peaceful and exclusive of the Polaris resorts all offering top class golf. The resort has a restaurant, bar with a large outdoor eating patio overlooking the course. There is a supermarket, gym, tennis, paddle tennis, and cycling circuit.
Just a short drive is The 5* intercontinental hotel with a luxurious spa which can be used by our guests for a small fee. Massage and beauty treatments are available, as well as a restaurant and terrace bar overlooking the lake.
A car is essential in this area to enjoy what this unspoilt part of Spain has to offer. The sandy beaches of the mar menor with its shallow waters are ideal for families and offer many water sports, promenades, restaurants, markets, cycling, go karting etc and now the new shopping centre at "la Zenia" and much more. Whilst the Calblanch National park has totally unspoilt beaches (take a picnic) but superb scenery, horse riding and walking trails.
Murcia city is a fifteen minute drive and famous for its "tapas" beautiful Cathedral and historic old city. There is a huge choice of dining in the area including a top class Michelin star restaurant. There are two modern shopping centres nearby and the Aqua Natura Wildlife reserve with has shows, restaurant and a water park with slides, lazy river etc all in an African setting.
Cartagena is a port city with a beautiful historic town, small shops, outdoor cafes and restaurants overlooking the marina, a roman amphitheater to visit, naval museum. bus and boat tours are available from the port. Cartagena is open until late and makes for a great day out.
15 minutes from San Javier airport
60 minutes from Alicante
The new airport of Corvera just ten minutes from El Vale is due to open soon.

Thought I should just drop you a quick line to tell you how wonderful the weather was this time, absolutely beautiful. Villa was wonderful as always, spotless and well appointed and the pool was excellent.
Temperature was perfect could have stayed another week.

“We spend a very lovely week in the villa Jasmin and Amarillo. The whole week has been as professional as your work before. Thank you for this. That are great villas with all nessecary including and a lot more. It was a good place with the garden between the villas, and all in the centre of the golf course.
We was very pleased about all the super friendly people in the store, the golf reception the security, and all other too.
At least I lost my keys of home and car in the villa, but Ian will send me by post.”
