About Villa El Chaparrel

Villa el Chaparrel is a stunning luxury villa set in an elevated position between Fuengirola and la Cala on the prestigious el Chaparral Golf Resort on the Costa del Sol. It enjoys fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The 4 bedroomed, air conditioned, accommodation is of the highest standard and is sumptuously furnished throughout.It boasts 2 elegant living rooms, one with a separate dining area and a large kitchen. Satellite t.v with all the free to view channels is fitted in the larger living room, the smaller room being ideal as a quiet retreat or comfortable reading room. Both rooms have open fireplaces for added winter comfort. The villa also benefits from an internet access.

The modern kitchen is well fitted with all necessary appliances. It has a 5 ring gas hob, built in oven and microwave, integral dishwasher and fridge plus an excellent selection of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc. A separate utility room houses a large fridge/freezer and the washing machine. Patio doors open from the kitchen onto a large balcony with dining facilities and beautiful views over the pool and grounds to the sea beyond.

Of the 3 bedrooms in the villa itself the two double rooms both have en-suite facilities and the master bedroom also has a set of patio doors to the grounds. The third bedroom is a twin room which is situated adjacent to the family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower stall. All rooms are beautifully furnished and have ample storage space.

Out side the villa is set in 2,400 sq.metres of grounds, there is generous sized swimming pool, 14x7 metres with Roman steps giving access. Much of the gardens are laid to lawn with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas. There is also ample parking space and an integral garage to keep your car cool in the heat of the day.

An added bonus to this wonderful villa is a completely self contained apartment with double bed, kitchenette, dining area, comfortable seating area and a shower room. This is ideal for grandparents,an au pair or just for added accommodation for a larger party.

About Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol

Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.

The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.

In addition to being a wonderful holiday home Villa el Chaparrel is also in the perfect location for a memorable holiday on the Costa del Sol. Steps and a pedestrian underpass bring you to a clean sandy beach in just a couple of minutes. From here you can stroll along to the delightful shopping area of la Cala, no need to go on the road. Here you will find a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction, just a few minutes by car, or again you could walk along the beach, is the lively holiday resort of Fuengirola which has much to recommend it. Visit the recently refurbished Fuengirola Zoo or the exhilarating Mijas Aqua Park. There is a regular bus service very nearby so a stay at this villa would not of itself necessitate the hire of a car.

Guest may also avail themselves of the first class bar and restaurant facilities at el Chapparel Golf Club and they are also entitled to a 10% discount on green fees

About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
