Villa Charlotte is located in Olivella, 10 minutes inland from Sitges and Villanova, both of which are absolutely beautiful small coastal towns with sandy beaches about 40 km south west of Barcelona.

This lovely detached villa has 6 bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops can all be found in Sitges and Villanova, and there is also a bar/restaurant within a few minutes walk of the villa where you can not only eat well, but also buy essential food items.

Villa Charlotte is a beautiful new but authentically Ibizan rustic style villa. Natural materials have been used throughout. The living room and kitchen measure 6.5 x 18 metres and there is plenty of room on the terraces outside to sit and enjoy the sun and admire the views.

The swimming pool is 8x4 metres and the lovely garden is 1500 sq. metres. The house is entered on level 1 where the garage (with washing machine) and 2 of the bedrooms with double beds are located. These beds can be separated into twin beds and the 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. A staircase leads up to the large open plan living room and kitchen. There are a couple of steps up to an office and 2 further bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with bunk beds. These 2 bedrooms share another bathroom. A few more steps lead up to the magnificent master bedroom with its own bathroom containing both shower and bath.

A separate self-contained guest suite is located to the side of the property which has double bed and its own bathroom. The owners’ representative will meet our clients on arrival to show them round the villa and ensure that they have everything to enjoy a perfect holiday.

A car is necessary with this villa. It's a picturesque 10 to 15 minutes drive to Sitges or Villanova, all the way through the hills and vineyards. It takes 40 minutes to drive to Barcelona, and 35 minutes to Tarragona.

Owner's Tips

There is a train directly from Sitges to Barcelona and Tarragona that leaves every 10 minutes. Sitges is best known for its beaches, nightspots, fantastic restaurants and historical sites. It has for decades been a popular haunt for artists and actors and those that like the finer things in life. Sitges is very unspoilt and still has cobbled streets and regular local festivals. It is renowned worldwide for its film festival held at the end of the summer each year. Villanova is a family resort with its own lovely beach.

Interesting local sites to visit include the Roman city of Tarragona and the famous monastery at Montserrat – well within an hour's drive by car.

Local Amenities:- The villa is located very close to the Cavas of Freixenet, Cordoniu and Torres which are all worth a visit. The nearest golf course if 15 mins away Port Aventuras Theme Park is 45 mins away.
