About Villa Daniel

Villa Daniel is a first class 4 bedroomed, air conditioned holiday villa set in the most charming mature gardens with a private swimming pool, fish ponds and an abundance of tropical plants.

The spacious, sunny living/dining room is very comfortably furnished with a large corner settee, a round dining suite with matching dresser and 2 sets of patio doors opening onto the covered verandah. There is a flat screened TV with satellite channels.

The fully tiled kitchen is fitted with a 5 ring gas hob, an electric oven,2 large fridge/freezers, a double sink and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc.

There is also a breakfast table and chairs and a separate utility room housing the automatic washing machine.

Also on the ground floor is the master suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom, with corner jacuzzi bath, and walk in closet. In addition there is a cloakroom with w.c. opening off from the hallway.

On the second floor are the 3 twin bed rooms all of these have patio doors onto balconies from where there are lovely sea views. It is also possible from here to gain access, via a spiral stair case, to the roof terrace.

One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and in addition there is a further full family bathroom on this floor.

Marbella, the Costa del Sol resort par excellence, is just a few minutes away by car.Here you will find wonderful restaurants,a plethora of bars, excellent shopping,beautiful beaches and of course the charming old quarter which still reflects the towns fishing village heritage.

However there is also a beach within walking distance of Villa Daniel, 10-15 minutes away, and the very popular shopping centre of la Cañada is just a few minutes away in the car.

Puerto Banus, the playground of the rich and famous, is less than 10 minutes by car and whilst holidaying in the villa you might also like to visit Selwo Wildlife Park or perhaps the historic Rock of Gibraltar. You could also spend a fun filled afternoon and evening at at Tivoli World.The golfer of course is spoilt for choice with many first class golf courses all within easy reach.

In conclusion then Villa Daniel offers first class family accommodation, it is very comfortably fitted and furnished, has beautiful grounds and is within easy reach of everything worth seeing on the Costa del Sol.

About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
