About Villa Bacalao
A lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, set in own grounds with large private pool. Villa Bacalao is set on two levels with ample terraces, two bedrooms upstairs (master with ensuite and a twin room with ensuite) and one twin room on the lower level. Both twin rooms have beds that zip together creating king size beds. An enclosed secure garden and pool safety fence make this great for smaller children too.
Villa Bacalao is a perfect family villa, a cot, highchair and a selection of toys (under 4 years) is available free of charge. A Playstation 3 with a selection of games completes the entertainment for the family.
There is a foldaway bed suitable for a child.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and hob.
Air-conditioning plus central heating for the winter months.
Satellite TV, DVD player. Dining table and seating for 6.
Garden table and 6 chairs & 2 sun loungers. Large private pool (8 * 4m approx) with safety fence. Totally enclosed garden with high privacy fencing (approx 1.5m high). Large BBQ.

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day.
The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.
15 mins from San Javier airport.
60 mins from Alicante airport.
20 mins from Murcia City.
While staying in this property you will have unlimited use (no membership payable, but green fees must be paid)of not only La Torre's 18 hole golf course, The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

“We all really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bacalao, we took our 9 month old son on holiday with us so having our own pool was a real bonus, not having to trudge back and forth to a shared pool with all the required baby stuff was worth the price of the holiday alone. the villa was fabulous and the whole resort was kept in prsitine condition, a real home from home. our thanks go to John for his freindly welcome and assistance when required and thanks to you Linda for your assistance with the booking.”

“The villa is located on a complex that is ideal for families, with a selection of bars and restaurants and the supermarket is a short walk away. The villa itself had everything we needed for our stay with a well equipped kitchen and a good size pool. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this villa as an ideal base for families.”

“The villa was great, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. It's set in a good bit of the resort also (which I don't think the marketing blurb really mentions) as it's 2 minutes walk to the supermarket, 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants and 1 minute in the car to the open road to get out and about. We had a very good week chilling out around the resort (which was pretty quiet anyway) and heading out to the nearby towns etc.
John, the onsite contact was also great - checking we had everything we wanted at the start of the stay and leaving his details should we need anything, get lost on our travels etc. If I visit the Murcia region again I'd definitely look at booking again.”
