The apartment is well layed out and consists of a lounge with a generous 3 seater sofa (bed settee for extra guest) with matching armchair, a dining table and chairs, TV with satellite, DVD player, CD player, radio, coffee table, ceiling fan and wall mirror. Patio doors open out onto the spacious balcony with patio furniture and sun loungers.
Bedroom 1 has double bed, fitted double wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, lamp, ceiling fan.
The bathroom has large shower, wc and wash basin and mirror.
Fully fitted kitchen including 4 ring electric hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster.
Although a ground floor apartment, the lie of the land means that the balcony is not at ground level. Access to the apartment is by 4 wide steps and is easily accessible for wheelchairs.
The balcony has 4 chairs, a table and 2 loungers. There is a communal pool within 2 minutes walking distance. Please note that the pool is closed between November and March. There is plenty of parking available outside the apartment.
Other features include an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, some CDs, games and books.
Hand and bath towels included. However you must use your own towels for the pool or beach. A change of linen and towels are provided if staying for 2 weeks.

Includes electricity, water and weekly change of bedlinen and towels (1 hand and 1 bath per person per week). £75 returnable security/breakage fee is payable with the final balance. This is returned within 14 days of your return subject to conditions
A 25% deposit is required immediately to confirm bookings. The balance, together with a £75 refundable security fee, is due no less than 8 weeks before your arrival date

Another popular resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is situated to the east of Malaga. The fantastic beach with its golden sand is a huge bonus, and over the years this old fishing town has transformed into a lively holiday destination. You can visit the nearby caves that are a few kilometres outside the town, or see the famous “Balcon de Europa” in the historical part of the town.
As is common on the Costa del Sol, outside living is big. If you want to eat out every night, you can. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering both traditional and international cuisine. What better way to walk a meal off than by wandering round the narrow parts of the old town and imagining how it used to look years ago.

Peaceful Torrox Park is situated in the panoramic foot slopes of the Sierra Tejeda below the white Andalucian village of Torrox, only 1000 metres from the nearest beach and several beachside bars and restaurants.
The beauty of this holiday apartment is it will quickly feel like home for you and your family. Quiet enough for you to sleep soundly at night, but not too far away for you to enjoy the hustle and bustle if that if what your heart desires.
The views from the apartment balcony take in the mountains to the right and the sea to the left - a great spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or dine al fresco on a warm sunny evening.
To keep you cool, you have easy access to a fabulous communal pool with sun bathing and seating area, perfect for family and friends to unwind. The nearest beach is just a couple of minutes drive away or a 10 minute walk if you are feeling energetic. We haven't forgotten that kids love to build sandcastles - we provide buckets and spades for the little ones and adults can use them too!
If you want to stay local, there are a selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment, together with a small but well stocked supermarket. There is also a campsite shop baking and selling fresh bread by the hour! And an amazing pizza restaurant - offering the best in traditional pizza making - al horno (straight from the oven!).
If you want to get out and about, the beautiful town of Nerja, with its bustling streets packed with excellent shops, restaurants and bars, is less than 10 minutes drive away or there is a regular bus service from the coast road. As well as the renowned caves, Nerja also has some superb beaches and a very pretty cove and balcony area, where you can experience true Spain; flamenco dancing and other street entertainment is a highlight of the summer season or you may decide on a romantic horse drawn carriage ride around the town to really soak up the atmosphere.
Nerja also offers a variety of water sports with sandy Burriana beach being amongst the best. If you love fresh sardines off the barbeque cooked especially for you, you will love the beach life at Burriana.
The nearest town to the apartment is Torrox or Torrox Costa, both less than 5 minutes drive away. Torrox Costa boasts a vast array of bars and restaurants along its pretty promenade, welcoming families and children of all ages.
The apartment is also within easy access of a number of golf courses on the Costa del Sol and the nearest course is Baviera Golf, approx 10 minutes drive away.
The Sierra Neveda is approx 2 hours drive away and provides excellent skiing during the winter months.
Malaga is the nearest airport, with an approx. transfer time of 45 minutes by car - you could be enjoying a glass of wine within an hour of landing!
Or an alternative airport would be Granada with some low cost airlines now using this as a cheaper alternative. Transfer from Granada is approx 1 hour 45 mins. Car hire is not necessary as there is an adequate bus and taxi service nearby.
Airport transfers can be arranged at very competative rates.
