A lovely 4 bedroom white washed Andalucian style detached villa, with some of the finest characteristics such as double vanity units in ensuite. Mezzanine level. Solar panels are installed for keeping that pool temperature a little warmer than normal, and extending the months in which the pool is warm enough to swim in.

Villa Cuarzo has a superb location, just 5 minutes walk to the town centre of El Valle, with restaurants, shops and golf club house.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with American style fridge freezer with ice-maker. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, & utility area with washing machine.

Fully air-conditioned and central heating for the winter months.

Dining area with table and 6 high backed leather chairs. Satellite TV, DVD player and music system.

1 double ensuite bedroom with the ensuite having a beautiful double vanity unit, jacuzzi bath and shower. 2 further spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other is a twin with 2 single beds.

A beautiful mezzanine level, finished with solid wooden flooring, contains 2 single beds - used as a bedroom or extra space for the children! All bed linen and towels includes except beach towels.

BBQ and outside covered eating area with lovely sofa set and comfy cushions. Garden table and 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers.

Price includes a welcome pack, linen and towels.

Holiday rental prices

£200 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit will be due, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

Owner's Tips

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach. San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
