2 bedroom apartment in small complex of just 5 with swimming pool and only 100m from the beach at Playa Mogan.
Fully furnished to a good standard to give you comfortable accommodation for your holiday.
The kitchen is complete with full oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine provided. Of course there is kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils also provided.
There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite with double beds.
In the lounge there is a sofa, television, DVD and music system.
Outside are 2 terraces with table and chairs plus sun loungers etc.
Private car parking is included in the price.

This tasteful resort on the sheltered southwest corner of Gran Canaria enjoys a glorious year-round climate and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful sunny holiday. Puerto Mogan is a delightful combination of the original whitewashed fishing village nestling on the hillside which overlooks both the golden sandy beach and marina harbour below.
Nicknamed “Little Venice”, the resort has been carefully designed with a maximum of three levels to maintain its unique ambience. Behind the marina harbour, where yachts from the world over are moored, is a charming network of walkways and canals overhung with colourful tropical flowers and plants.
There is a wide choice of excellent restaurants, cafés and bars in Puerto Mogan, many overlooking either the beach or the harbour, and also a variety of shops, boutiques and a good supermarket.
Activities generally revolve around the water and apart from swimming and sunbathing include diving, fishing and yacht trips. You can take the glass-bottomed ferry to Puerto Rico and Arguineguin, although there is also a good local bus service and taxis are on hand at reasonable rates. There are also two major golf courses within easy reach of Puerto Mogan.

“We had an excellent stay at the Oasis Playa Mogan despite the weather not being so good.(The worst winter they had had in 20yrs!). The apartments are new and perfectly located about a minutes walk from the beach. Ours was a ground floor apartment so didn't have much of a view but this didn't spoil our stay. The owner Paul was very accommodating and helpful. Puerto Mogan is a beautiful upmarket resort with lots of good restaurants and a lovely relaxing feel to it. There was no nightlife to speak of, everything starts closing down at about 11pm but this suited us fine. Puerto Rico is only a 15min drive away and has lots of bars etc so if you do fancy a later night this is an option but I wouldn't want to stay there as it's certainly not as quaint and classy as Mogan. Depends what you are into I suppose! We will definitely be returning to Puerto Mogan aka 'Little Venice' as it's a hidden gem & well worth a visit and we would also be happy to use the Oasis Playa apartments again.”

“Just returned from the Oasis Apartments having spent a week there. My family and i absolutely loved it and will definetely be returning soon. Paul, who built and owns the apartments, is a great guy and very helpful. I had made the mistake of forgetting his phone number and all his emails were on my work account so i could not access them. The staff from the Waypoint restaurant asked if everything was ok when i walked towards them, i mentioned my problem and Pauls name. They knew him and had his number. they rang him and he was there with the keys to the apartment within two minutes and my idiocy was forgotten.
When he let me into the apartment i was amazed, everything brand new and gleaming, really good sized rooms and balconies. Everything about the place was ideal. The pool was cleaned everyday by Gary, a lovely guy who we knew from having lived in Puerto Mogan up until two and a half years ago.
I cannot imagine anyone being less than delighted with these apartments and i think i am right in saying that they actually make your holiday more enjoyable.
Puerto Mogan is the best place in the world for us and we shall be enjoying it again soon from the vantage point of the Oasis apartments.”
