About Casa Cunniffe, Club Valena
A newly renovated spacious apartment in the much sought after area of Matagorda. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms with a double pull out bed in the living area. Fully fitted kitchen with hob cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker & all kitchen utensils necessary. The kitchen also comprises washing machine & iron.
The spacious living area has 2 double sofas and a flat screen television mounted on wall with all channels available, BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, Sky One, RTE1 & RTE2.
There is a large newly tiled bathroom with bath, shower & bidet.
All towels & linens will be provided. Full cleaning will take place once a week.
There is a spacious patio area with the sun on it all afternoon. There are 2 wicker sun lounges and a comfortable table & chairs, cushions provided.
The complex has a communal pool and a childrens pool and play area. The Bar serves food throughout the day with the restaurant opened in the evenings. All food is home made and very delicious (well known for their home-made chips)!
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Matagorda beach, shopping and numerous restaurants are also within a 5 minute walking distance.
You will have a thoroughly enjoyable & relaxing stay at Cassa Cunniffe, Club Valena.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.
Owner's Tips
Walking Matagorda Promenade early evening is highly recommended.
The bustling town of Puerta Del Carmen is only 5 minutes away in a taxi and is well worth a visit for excellent restaurants & night life!

“We found Casa Cunniffe a very pleasant place to stay. It was a nicely presented appartment which we found to be clean and well equipped for a family of 5. It was lovely to be able to view the volcanic peaks and be able to walk to the beach in about 15 mins. We loved the pool and the families staying were all very friendly but it was not noisey at all. Its about 8 mins from the airport and makes for a relaxed, easy, enjoyable holiday.”

“Stayed here in Oct, had a brilliant time, very spacious and clean apartment on ground floor. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Wonderful beach and fantastic Restaurants nearby. Owner (Sean) was very helpful and gave us great advice. Would highly recommend here.”

“We stayed in Sept 2010. Easy to book. Owner (Anna) was quick to respond with all details needed for booking. Apartment very clean, complex clean, everyone friendly and helpful. Close to shop, beach and Pubs. The Sports mans bar in the bull ring is recommended and the owner Anthony is very friendly and welcomes everybody. Four screen all different matches on at once.
Would recommend going there and we will be going back again.”
