Terraced villa boasts double-height, wood beam ceilings, exquisite tiling, fireplace, all mod cons and large private terrace with pool creating a modern, airy, bright design, for luxury in-outdoor living.

The design of Peraleja golf resort is such that the housing has a very low density ratio to the golf course and land, and thus the resort is very quiet and peaceful, and very exclusive.

The golf course is in fantastic condition and priority is given to residents of Peraleja golf, so there is no issue with securing a tee time, and the course is very quiet - a rarity!

Pricing includes all facilities and linen during the stay.

Floor area: 78 m². Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, grill, induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Living room with a fireplace and seating for 4 people plus a dining area seating for 4 people. Entertainment includes TV, DVD player, CD and radio, i-pod charger and speaker.

2 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds plus there is a sofabed in lounge for additional persons if required. The property has 2 full bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.

Outside includes a barbecue, garden, parking, patio table & 5 chairs, 2 loungers. Swimming pools: outdoor pool, private pool.

Children welcome, non smoking only, pets considered.

Total space including outdoor area is 260 metres squared. Award winning architectural design of space both inside and outside, makes the villa bright and airy. Fantastic view from garden and terrace, overlooking 2 Par 3 holes. Resort is very quiet and tranquil, set in exclusive surroundings.

Owner's Tips...

Golf: Tenants benefit from a reduced green fee of 60 Euros (normal price 90 Euros).

The Murcia region has over 250 kilometres of coastline, including the Mar Menor, one of the best centres in Europe for water sports. The Murcia region, and the Mediterranean, has extensive clean and sandy beaches, with warm water and sun all year round. Inland Murcia is full of mountainous areas with great ecological and natural interest. Peraleja Golf is only a few minutes from the Mar Menor, yet less than 30 minutes from the centre of Murcia city. The aiport of San Javier is only 15 minutes drive away. The aiport of Alicante (El Altet airport) is also nearby. The region of Murcia is well linked to the rest of the country. Extensive network of motorways and dual carriageways place the Murcia region as one of the best connected regions in Spain.

Golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros; villa directly overlooks a Par 3 hole. Short drive to coast and beaches, and proximity to local villages with traditional restaurants and shops. Peraleja complex contains Par 72 golf course with 4 lakes and sea and mountain views, driving range, luxury hotel and spa (completion date to be confirmed), sports centre, clubhouse, bar, restaurant, commercial centre. Designer house from award winning architect located within a tranquil and restful historical site.

“We have had most enjoyable holidays at Peraleja Golf villa 24/7 in April 2008 and July 2009. The villa has one of the best sites on this high quality development. It is adjacent to the golf course overlooking two par 3 holes. It is most relaxing sitting on the sun drenched patio or floating on a lilo in the swimming pool, cool drink in hand, watching golfers struggling to get out of the massive bunkers! For a brand new course, it is in excellent condition. The water features are spectacular, if somewhat daunting – an ample supply of golf balls is essential! The weeks we were there the course was very quiet, allowing for leisurely rounds of golf.

The attractive villa, with beautiful tiled floors and spacious wooden beamed ceilings, is of high quality construction and is tastefully furnished. For a holiday villa, the fully fitted modern kitchen is
particularly impressive and practical and the pool side barbeque grill is a useful supplement.

We used the Peraleja Golf restaurant for occasional evening meals and lunches. The setting is spectacular and the service superb. The food was excellent and while it was not cheap, it cost no more than a meal in a reasonable UK hotel.

The complex facilities are still being developed but already there are tennis courts, a football pitch and a golf practice range.

Car hire is essential to reach the villa from the airport and to visit the coast and surrounding towns and countryside. The village of Sucina is only a 5 minutes drive, with adequate shops (including a small Spanish supermarket and a British discount store) for food and drink. It also has a number of Spanish restaurants.

There is a railway station at Balsicas, with plenty free parking, only a 10 minute drive from the villa. From Balsicas there are trains to Murcia (inland) and to Cartagena (on the coast). The cost is less than 2 euros for a single ticket, the journey taking only 20 to 30 minutes. The Roman amphitheatre at Cartagena is well worth seeing.

All in all, we greatly enjoyed our holiday at Peraleja and hope to return next year.”

“Dear Mr Ross,
We must let you know that we had a very enjoyable time at your Peraleja villa. Great venue, great mediteranean weather and plenty of interesting local terrain to visit and explore.

We were impressed by the sheer quality of the Peraleja development from the moment we first arrived at the complex and that feeling increased when we entered our villa and stayed with us for the duration of stay. It is also a credit it to the Spanish architects that this spectacular development has been so well blended into the natural surroundings of the area.

Our first week was admittedly a period of quiet relaxation, mainly by the pool with barbecues often into the evening as the sun set over the greens. We ventured out of the villa for the second week visiting Murcia and some of the small towns and beaches along the Mar Menor - all so clean and inviting. And a drive through the local mountain area was quite exhilarating too with so many spectacular views.

All in all, so much to see and enjoy - we will be back. Our verdict - highly recommended.”
